Quality Assurance
At SpiderDots, we support key Quality Assurance activities. We provide visibility into whether processes, procedures and the best practices are being followed across teams and we ensure that all key deliverables and design artifacts meet defined standards and our clients’ requirements.
Quality Assurance activities
  • Review status report containing unresolved quality issue and act as final point of escalation
  • Provide status of QA activities to client
  • Intervene with project, application, or release to resolve quality issues
  • Conduct periodic scheduled and milestone reviews of quality assurance activities
  • Develop Quality Assurance plan
  • Audit processes and procedures
  • Participate in formal reviews
  • Monitor QA issues and verify resolutions
  • Monitor project, application or release team
  • Provide consultation during preparation of the software development plan
  • Participate in the review of Systems Engineering and Software Engineering activities
  • Monitor testing
  • Verify requirements traceability
