Our System Development Life Cycle outlines key software development activities required to successfully implement software. This is to ensure that all tasks are defined, documented, integrated and consistently performed in compliance with SpiderDots Systems development policy and that software product deliverables are consistent with each other.
 
System Engineering activities
  • Manage subcontracted software engineering and software development activities
  • Manage development and maintenance of system documentation
  • Conduct Service Order Architecture reviews
  • Coordinate the integration of new functionality into software development
  • Analyze proposed business requirements and determine overall design approach
  • Develop systems, technical and operational requirements traceability matrix
  • Create independent size estimates and estimate level of efforts (i.e. OOM, ROM, LOE, etc.)
  • Develop high-level system design
  • Document requirements traceability & develop business cases and scenarios
